RETURNS & REFUNDS

All MOWV garments are produced made-to-order. Each item is manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

NO RETURNS FOR SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing

  • change of mind

  • preference or fit dissatisfaction

Customers are required to consult the Size Guide carefully before placing an order.

LEGAL NOTICE (EU/UK)

In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
MOWV products fall under this category.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item with a verified production defect or a manufacturing error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via contact@mowvwear.com.

Include:

  • order number

  • clear photographic evidence

If the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued.

We do not offer cash refunds. Replacements are the sole remedy for validated defects.

CONDITION
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
