ORDERS & PRODUCTION

All MOWV products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Production begins after an order is confirmed.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed before checkout. Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
MOWV reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or operational limitations.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping terms, customs responsibility, and delivery conditions are defined in the Shipping Policy.

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return eligibility, defect handling, and remedies are defined exclusively in the Return & Refund Policy.
No other remedies are offered outside those terms.
