PRODUCTION MODEL

MOWV operates strictly on a made-to-order basis. Every garment is produced individually only after an order is placed. No items are pre-stocked or pre-produced.
This production model allows for controlled output and operational precision. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMELINE

All orders require a production period prior to shipment. Once production is completed, the order is dispatched using a tracked shipping service.
Estimated international delivery time is 7–12 business days, calculated from the shipping date, not from the order date. Tracking information is issued via email after production is completed, typically within 48–72 hours from order confirmation.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays in production or shipping do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback

SHIPPING METHODS & REGIONAL RATES

MOWV ships internationally using tracked shipping services.
Shipping rates are calculated per order, based on the destination country or region.
Due to carrier coverage, distance, and logistical constraints, shipping rates vary by location and may fall under different shipping categories, including extended or remote regions.
Applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
By placing an order, the customer accepts the production timeline, shipping method, and shipping rate assigned to their destination.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Prices displayed on the MOWV website do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise. MOWV does not collect VAT or import taxes on international orders.
Any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees are assessed by the destination country and collected by the local customs authority or carrier. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
MOWV has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. MOWV is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional costs resulting from customs clearance procedures.
Orders that are refused, delayed, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes are not eligible for refund or replacement.
